    I am located right near Dantes. Can't they just deliver my order right now?
    Dante's has more than one warehouse. Your item may, or may not, be at a particular warehouse. Also, delivery personnel may already have been dispatched when your order was received. If the item is available, you can always stop by, or we can help you locate a courier service.

    How can I obtain manufacturer Warrenty Information?
    you will be able to find this information through the manufacturer website on the internet. If you still cannot find it, call us at (703)563-1212 and we can assist you in locating the information.

    What methods of payment does Dantes accept?
    At this time Dante’s Inc accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. If you are the purchaser or buyer for a small business or large enterprise you can setup a terms account with us to do monthly billing. Please download the account setup form to complete enrollment.

    How do I get a Dantes tax exempt customer status?
    Simply submit signed proof of your tax exempt status, you can fax (703-563-1204) or email completed form to support@dantesop.com

    How do I return something I've ordered through the internet?
