Shipping Policy
- Orders placed through our web site, or by fax, or over the phone at our main location before 4:45PM EST will normally be delivered the next day. This may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. Furniture will normally take three days. Some printing and stamps may take longer.
The above policy is dependent on credit approval and product availability being confirmed by 5:00 p.m. on the same business day* that the order is placed.
Certain items originate directly from carefully selected vendors and manufacturers. In many instances, delivery personnel will deliver your order to your entrance. Other items are pre-stocked at warehouses around the country and delivered by a common carrier. For these items a loading dock is needed. If one is not available, delivery personnel will bring your order to the tailgate of the truck and you are responsible for unloading the items and bringing them into your building. If you want inside delivery, with or without assembly, notify Dante’s at the time of order. Extra charges may apply.
*Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Refund Policy

Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition in their original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and parts. All returned items must still be carried by our suppliers. Some brands of furniture may not be eligible for return even if put back in their box. Some items may be charged a restocking fee. Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s), which was included in the original transaction (e.g. buy a printer, get free ink), will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded. Dante’s Inc reserves the right tocharge a restocking fee up to 25% at Dante’s sole discretion.
Returns must reference an Invoice: Nothing can be returned if it does not have a corresponding Dante’s invoice. We carefully monitor returns and in some cases returns made with an invoice may be refused. Dante’s reserves the right to deny any return.
How we credit the Return: If you paid with cash, debit card, or check, we’ll refund your purchase by corporate check within 7 business days. If you paid using a debit card and if the card and PIN are present during the refund, we'll credit the account used for payment. If you paid by credit card, we'll credit the account used for payment.
Returns without an Invoice: Nothing can be returned without referencing the corresponding Invoice.

Office supplies: You can return office supplies to us for a refund, as long as the return meets our refund policies. Some items may be subject to a restocking charge.
Ink and Toner Cartridges: Unopened and unexpired ink or toner cartridges, currently carried in our warehouses, may be returned for a full refund, as long as the return meets our refund policies.
Software: Unopened software, which we currently sell, may be returned for a refund, as long as the return meets our refund policies. Opened software cannot be returned. If defective, the manufacturer will replace the software.
Technology, Printers, and Business Machines: Technology and business machines may only be returned within 14 days of the date of invoicing. They must also meet our refund policy. Printer returns will be determined on a case by case basis.
Furniture: Furniture may only be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. Custom–ordered and custom–assembled furniture is only returnable if it's defective when you receive it. All furniture returns must meet our refund policy.
