Orders placed through our web site, or by fax, or over the phone at our main location before 4:45PM EST will normally be delivered the next day. This may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. Furniture will normally take three days. Some printing and stamps may take longer.
You can check your order status by calling customer service any time after placing your orders. Typically all orders will be shipped and or delivered next business day.
Sales Tax
All applicable sales tax will be charged to your order if we don’t have a valid tax exempt certificate in file. If your company has been issued a tax exempt certificate please provide that to customer by either fax or email to support@dantesop.com.
We are required by law to assess the sales for the purpose of retail sales unless otherwise your organization qualifies for such exemptions.
